The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released this photo of a car and this composite image of a driver suspected of forcing a teenage girl into his car and sexually abusing her. Authorities say the same man may have approached another girl walking down the street. Both incidents occurred on the Westside and involve a man described as mixed or biracial with a deep voice, green eyes and tattoos of a dragon and roses on his left arm.
