City Council approves new Sulzbacher complex

Sulzbacher is a step closer to building a $36 million complex on the Northwest side. The Jacksonville City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request Tuesday night for Sulzbacher Enterprise Village, which will provide housing and other services for homeless men along with a health care clinic for the neighborhood. The complex will include a 100-unit apartment building, a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing plant that will produce modular housing, job training services and more. It’s sited along Walgreen Road near Interstate 95’s Golfair Boulevard exit. (The Florida Times-Union)
