Moved to JP Small Field (1701 Myrtle Ave) due to flooding in Klutho Park
Sponsored in 2022 by Patriot Services, the 4th of July Throwback Baseball Game is BACK for its 15th year! This local tradition is where Historic Springfield’s residents battle it out on the baseball field for bragging rights on whether the Westside or Eastside are the true champions. Come enjoy the day with turn-of-the-century old school uniforms, equipment, umpires, announcer, and competitive fanfare. All are welcome. FREE!
Picnics and tailgating encouraged. Pre-game activities to start at 10 am and the first pitch will be thrown at 11 am.
**Beer and wine along with Springfield merchandise will be for sale at the SPAR tent.
All are welcome for the official after party at Crispy’s from 4-6pm upstairs.
