Jacksonville’s annual parade to salute America’s military kicks off at 11:01 a.m. Saturday with veterans groups, marching bands and floats winding through downtown. It starts on Gator Bowl Boulevard near Daily’s Place and runs down Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Convention Center.
