Today, Delegates from Nelson Mandela Bay, Jacksonville’s Sister City in South Africa, were accompanied by Any Crane of the The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida and Bob White of Museum of Science & History, Jacksonville as they walked through the 25th anniversary of “Through Our Eyes,” which is currently on exhibit at the Ritz Theatre and Museum.
This group of four are responsible for selecting what pieces our exported to Nelson Mandela Bay for an exhibition that will also feature artists from South Africa. The pieces submitted by South African artists will be in response to the pieces chosen from Jacksonville. “Through Our Eyes” has been on exhibit since February 3, 2018 and will remain on exhibit until June 8, 2018.
