Downtown runners and walkers, we have great news! The Northbank Riverwalk is now open again at the end of Pearl St. between the CSX Building and the Jacksonville Performing Arts Center. Crews continue work to finish the Riverwalk section behind the Performing Arts Center. We will keep you posted on their progress,
