Dahlia’s Pour House, in the King Street District of historic Riverside has one of the largest selections of draft craft beers in Jacksonville.
They offer 85 rotating drafts and an abundance of bottles and cans. Their recent addition to their tap room is a Wine Bar featuring 18 self-service rotating wines. Bad news it’s beer and wine only the great news is that the bartenders are generous with samples and beer knowledge and will take very good care of you.
Dahlia’s is a neighborhood bar with a decent jukebox, six HD televisions and a welcoming friendly vibe.
They have a variety of table games including two pool tables, beer pong, table tennis, darts and Beerttleship (a large, drinking version of the classic Battleship game).
Happy Hour; Monday – Friday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. They offer over 150 craft bottles, cans and drafts for only $4.00 each.
The second Wednesday of every month from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. is a free wine tasting event.
Thursdays are trivial nights at Dahlia’s.
Some people whine about parking, especially on the weekend, but it’s Riverside, get over it or stay out. Better yet; walk, take the Trolley or a cab, don’t drink and drive.
