The City of Jacksonville released the following message concerning our annual memorial Day Service.
With the second largest memorial wall in the nation and installations from nearly every military branch calling Jacksonville home, it is no secret that Memorial Day is a big deal here. We were looking forward to hosting our annual Memorial Day service at the Veterans Memorial Wall like we do every year. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are bringing you the service virtually this year. There will be speeches from City and military leaders, songs from the Jacksonville Voices, and music from Navy Band Southeast.
