Today is the kickoff of the National Adoption Weekend at PetSmart. Animal Care and Protective Services is teaming up with PetSmart Charities and the Jacksonville Humane Society for a free two-day adoption event. ACPS has provided a sneak peek of the dogs that will be available at PetSmart on Monument road today and tomorrow. The Jacksonville Humane Society will also have pets available for adoption at the PetSmart on Southside Blvd. Stop by today and tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to meet your new best friend.
