Who is ready to celebrate? It’s almost time for River City Pride – the largest and longest running Pride event in Northeast Florida! And part of that celebration happens right in the heart of 5 Points – the 5 Points Pride Block Party!
The 5 Points Pride Block Party kicks-off with the official program beginning at the conclusion of the RCP Parade, at approximately 6 pm. It provides entertainment, food and drink vendors, sponsor information booths, and an eclectic mix of activities and street performers.
This year’s entertainment will feature stage performances from our new King Street neighbors Hamburger Mary’s and music from Jacksonville native DJ [X]P!
About River City Pride
River City Pride is the largest and longest running Pride event in Northeast Florida, attracting attendees from all corners of Florida and Georgia, as well as becoming a destination for travelers from all over the country. Last year the parade had over 500 participants and more than 5,000 supporters lined the streets along the 2.5 mile route through the Avondale and Riverside neighborhoods.
