Mayor Lenny Curry announced that there will be a 4th of July fireworks show downtown. “We will also have displays in new areas throughout the city so that citizens can safely watch—socially distanced—from their own communities.
We look forward to working with local TV stations to broadcast the fireworks to those who choose to stay at home.
We’re still deciding on the additional locations for the expanded fireworks show and we will let the you know details as soon as we have them. We want to ensure these locations offer great vantage points but still allow for proper social distancing while we celebrate the birth of our great nation.”
