33rd Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast presented by Florida Blue celebrates the life and lift the legacy of Dr. King. The breakfast encourages individuals and corporations alike to come together for the improvement and development of the Jacksonville community. 

The 33rd annual breakfast will feature keynote speaker Coach Ken Carter alongside Mayor Lenny Curry.

Coach Ken Carter, a successful author, speaker and philanthropist who continues his message of teamwork, accountability, integrity, and leadership. One of Coach Ken Carter’s many achievements include his time as a basketball coach at Richmond High School. The story of the 1999 basketball season led to the inspiration for the 2005 movie Coach Carter starring Samuel L. Jackson. 

The breakfast will feature self-serve buffet style from 7 – 8 a.m. Guests are encouraged to network and explore community involvement opportunities during this time.
