The Jacksonville Children’s Chorus (JCC) is proud to present its third annual downtown holiday celebration by illuminating the outside of its downtown office, located at 225 East Duval Street (First United Methodist Church) with festive lights synchronized to recorded songs of the season performed by JCC. Holiday, Christmas and Hanukkah songs will be broadcast on 94.5 FM radio for onlookers to enjoy.
Downtown Dazzle begins Friday, November 24, 2017 and continues through New Year’s Eve. Each night, 20-minute presentations will begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 9:30 p.m. The synchronized lights designed by Darren Hufty, who along with Miller Electric, bring the building and the downtown block to life. Christmas Music in the Park!
Come join us for a family friendly Christmas/holiday concert on the green at Memorial Park on Dec. 10th. Let our instrumental music give you the holiday spirit as we play everyone’s Christmas/holiday favorites! The music begins at 3pm, so bring your lawn chairs and settle in to enjoy some beautiful music while the kids enjoy running around in the park.

5th Annual Holiday Trains – Opening Day

All Aboard! The Holiday Trains are pulling into MOSH for their 5th consecutive year!
Presented by The Toy Train Collectors of Jacksonville, this special motorized holiday train display will be located on the third floor at MOSH from December 16 through December 31, 2017.
The holiday train display will feature volunteer operators available to engage visitors about trains, engineering and model building. The trains will be rotated throughout each day as they travel through a winter wonderland!
Special dates include Friday, December 22 with Polar Express and other holiday trains and Friday, December 29 with Military trains.
Cost: Annual Holiday Trains is included with regular Museum admission.
Mistletoe & Metal: A Holiday Cosmic Concert
