The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens’ Spooktacular, with themed decorations and mildly scary characters, is Friday-Monday ($30-$35). And the Nightmare on Bay Street Block Party starts at 8 p.m. Sunday on East Bay Street, between Liberty and Market streets ($25-$40).
