Effective Monday, May 11th, all barber shops, hair and nail salons will be allowed to reopen per Governor DeSantis’ latest order. Here is a message from Mayor Lenny Curry:
“I’m continuing to work closely with Governor Ron DeSantis
to safely & smartly reopen Duval County, step by step. Based on his announcement today and as a county that’s currently in phase one, we will open the following effective Monday, May 11: Barber shops, hair & nail salons.”
