Last week, the City and their healthcare partners opened new, free COVID-19 testing sites throughout Duval County. You can get the vaccine at many of these sites as well.
Emmett Reed Community Center – 1093 W. 6th St
Cuba Hunter Community Center – 4380 Bedford Rd.
Clanzel T. Brown Community Center – 4545 Moncrief Rd.
Lane Wiley Senior Center – 6710 Wiley Rd.
Agape Family Health Center operates the sites at the Clanzel T. Brown Community Center and Lane Wiley Senior Center and are open for vaccines 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm.
The Duval County Department of Health operates the sites at the Emmett Reed and Cuba Hunter Community Centers and are open for vaccines Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
