All over our city, we are seeing people helping one another in many situations looking out for those in need. And while we encourage being there for one another, we remind neighbors, faith-based groups, and non-profit organizations to adhere to the guidance we’ve been sharing the last few weeks:
Do not host gathering events of any kind and no events should be held for distribution of food and other household staples that do not follow the social distancing and safety guidelines we’ve been talking about for weeks now. The threat to our at-risk citizens is too great.
