The BLACK Man WalKING Annual Awards Gala came is an event is designed to help display the true value of the black man not only to his community but to himself as well. This event will be a night highlighting and honoring black men in the Jacksonville area who are actively serving their communities in an array of areas. The event will be hosted as a black-tie event that will consist of the following aspects:
Awards Ceremony
Display of the urban community’s art
Network area for Vendors and Sponsors
Celebratory Reception
Doors will open at 5:45 pm for our Networking Hour with vendors and special guests. The award ceremony will start promptly at 7pm.
Black-Tie Attire is Required. This is a 21 and Older Event.
** A Portion of the proceeds from the event will be used to help minority fathers who are in need of assistance with family court fees**
