Home damaged by Hurricane Matthew? Help is still available for Duval County homeowners through the City’s Hurricane Matthew Housing Repair Program. The Housing and Community Development Division will begin accepting applications Monday. Funding is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis.
The Program will provide housing repair services to qualified, owner-occupied properties that were damaged by Hurricane Matthew and were unable to be repaired using other funds. LMI households located within the county limits are the target recipients for this program. This is not a reimbursement program – properties must have existing Hurricane Matthew damage to be eligible.
