32nd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast presented by Florida Blue

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast presented by Florida Blue celebrates the life and lift the legacy of Dr. King. The breakfast encourages individuals and corporations alike to come together for the improvement and development of the Jacksonville community.
The 32nd annual breakfast will feature a guest keynote speaker alongside Mayor Lenny Curry.
The breakfast will feature self-serve buffet style from 7 – 8 a.m. Guests are encouraged to network and explore community involvement opportunities during this time.

The program will begin promptly at 8 a.m.

The 2019 Keynote Speaker has yet to  be announced.

Tomorrow’s Leaders

Tomorrow’s Leaders are recognized as individuals who exemplify the ideals and principles of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and excel in community volunteerism, leadership and civic responsibility. The City of Jacksonville is pleased to offer the opportunity for deserving elementary, middle and high school students to be nominated for the Tomorrow’s Leaders award being presented at the 2019 Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast.

2019 Tomorrow’s Leaders: 

First Place: 
Elementary – Ivery Brammann, 4th grade
Middle School – Robyn Lucero, 7th grade
High School – Arisa Nakamichi, 9th grade

Runners-up:
Elementary – Micah Hall, 4th grade
Middle School – Leah Grappie, 7th grade
High School – Shantavia Wilson, 10th grade
